A.M. Best Re-affirms Delta Dental of Nebraska’s ‘A’ Rating

Delta Dental of Nebraska announced today that A.M. Best Company, the insurance ratings organization, re-affirmed its group financial strength rating of A (Excellent). This is among the highest ratings of any dental plan in the nation.
“A solid financial rating means more than ever in these economic times – employer groups want a stable dental benefit insurer that they can depend on,” said Chris Earl, chief sales officer at Delta Dental of Nebraska. “We are pleased that A.M. Best has provided a strong, independent affirmation of our financial stability.”
In its rating rationale, A.M. Best states that the company’s “premium revenue in recent years has grown due primarily to new sales to large employer groups.”
