Warschaw Learning Institute, an ADA CERP recognized provider of online dental management, dental insurance and compliance courses, is pleased to present their 2-part lecture series on Financial Success and Strategies, delivered by Dr. Lee Harris.

“Achieving Financial Success in Hard Times” will be presented on Friday, September 23rd. Dr. Harris will discuss techniques on building and maintaining a successful dental practice, especially in these times of economic stress. The vision, structure, disciplined management, honed communication skills and perseverance necessary to develop these skills are not taught in dental school, but are learned over many years. This seminar provides insight into an operating plan for your vision of the ideal dental practice; one that you may enjoy operating and your employees and patients appreciate for its compassionate quality care delivery. These strategies will assure you long-term financial success.

Part 2, “Proven Strategies to Increase Case Acceptance & Productivity” will be presented on Friday, November 4th. The entire session will be devoted exclusively to strategic planning, treatment planning, case acceptance, monthly reporting, budgeting, financial policies and procedures, internal audit controls, informed consent, reaching ‘the new market’, maintenance marketing, more risk management, quality management and insurance considerations. These tips will supplement the first lecture with showing the attendees how to achieve their vision.

Dr. Harris has managed multi-specialty group practices, worked in the dental benefits industry as Chief Dental Officer for PacifiCare, is past President of the California Assn. of Dental Plans and Board Member of the Natl. Assn. of Dental Plans. Currently, Dr. Harris serves as Dental Director at Sun Life Financial, practice management consultant and is a dental expert witness.

The event will be hosted at Four Points Sheraton in Rancho Cucamonga. Lunch will be provided. The cost for each lecture is $ 175, with a 10% discount when attendees register in advance for both events. Each lecture includes 7 CE credits. Parking is free, but seating is limited. The registration deadlines are Sep 9th for Part 1, and Oct 15th for Part 2. Attendees are encouraged to register well in advance to assure attendance space.
